Once a license key has been issued and delivered, refunds are not available. License keys are software products that cannot be returned after access.
If payment was processed but a license key has not yet been activated (e.g. due to a system error), contact support for a full refund or manual license activation.
The free tier has no cost and no refund applies.
Contact support@fideantech.com with your payment reference if you believe a refund is warranted. Each request is reviewed on its merits.
Disputed payments without prior contact may result in license termination.
